REE Latin America: Call for Papers on Entrepreneurship Education Techniques
Entrepreneurship education is a lifelong activity and entrepreneurship educators are always developing new ways to teach students how to be entrepreneurial. Our challenge is to teach topics such as creativity, opportunity recognition, leadership, negotiation, business planning, strategy, and execution in ways that make the concepts come alive for our students. Many educators have developed their own educational approaches by adapting existing methods to their specific needs and by creating new teaching tools.

The general theme for the Roundtable on Entrepreneurship Education for Scientists and Engineers – Latin America (REE LA) in Rio de Janeiro will be "know-how". Educators from all over the world will discuss the new challenges in entrepreneurship education and how they are being faced in their own countries. Also, we will discuss and share teaching approaches, materials, and experiences.

In order to collect as much about this subject as we can, we will introduce a new feature to the REE Conference. There will be a call for papers related to techniques for teaching entrepreneurship, inside and outside the classroom. It will be a great opportunity for showing, sharing, and improving teaching skills.

Tell us about your favorite class or your most interesting teaching technique. Please include all of the following information in a one-page abstract:

Four papers will be selected for discussion during REE LA Rio. The authors will be asked to prepare a 20-minute oral presentation for the participants. Those four papers will be selected by September 21 by the REE Steering Committee. Registration fees for REE will be waived for those four chosen participants.
This part of REE LA is organized by Marcelo Nakagawa and José Lerosa de Siqueira (both from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo, Centro Minerva de Empreendedorismo).
